Ingredients
8 pork or beef sausages
4 medium onions, peeled and quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place onions in a large baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil and butter.
Season with garlic powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add sausages on top of the onions.
Roast for 35–45 minutes, turning sausages halfway through cooking.
